Appleby installed windows in my house about fifteen years ago. I recently had service on them. Nathan came out and went over the windows the first time he came out to figure which windows needed work. I only needed two parts for my windows and the other windows only needed to have the balancers tightened. He was able to do that right away. He came back about two weeks later with the parts I needed. Nathan was very professional both trips and it didn t take long to change the parts out. Appleby stands by their product. These windows where the best investment i made on my house. They have stood the test of time and i even saw a difference in my bills. Thank you Appleby for your service

I just had an Appleby door installed. T. Morningstar did an excellent job and was very courteous and polite. He worked clean and precise and the finished product looks and operates great.

I had casement windows installed about ten years ago the cranks got harder to use over the years. I called Appleby for service and they sent out Nathan to fix them. He did a wonderful job they work better and easier now. He showed up on time and was in and out in 45min. Thank you again Appleby for the wonderful windows

I had Appleby install repelacement windows in my first house in around 1979. When I bought my next house in 1988 I had Appleby install a sunroom plus ground level deck since the house was built in 85 I just had Appleby install new replacement windows and new siding on the house. I would not use any other company other then Appleby they surpass any other company in craftsmanship, professionalism and knowledge of their products to the max. I highly recommend Appleby Systems to any one. I also had Jay Carrion from Appleby install a side door and storm door to my home. Thanks Jay for a job well done on the siding and door installation your knowledge in installation surpasses other individuals in your field.and your quality of craftsmanship is surperb.

I recently had windows installed by Appleby Systems. John Ruppert did the work and he was excellent. He made some adjustments on the seals to improve the durability of the work. He arrived on the job at the time he said he would and immediately began work. John worked continuously until the job was complete. When he left there was no sign that any construction had been done. Everything was cleaned and returned to its original position. I was completely satisfied with John s work ethic and attention to detail

I don t know how many people are willing to work in the rain, but Jay and Michael completed installing all the windows without any hesitation. It s rained since the installation was completed and there are no leaks at all. Great job to Appleby for the teriffic product! Yard was clean too! A++ from us!

We had Appleby replace all of our windows...18 in total. Jay Carrion, Tim and Mike did a great job today. They cleaned up as if they weren t even at the house. They took the time to show use again how to operate the windows. Thanks for a job well done.

These windows are worth every penny! My wife and I have been talking about new windows for the last 7 years.Now that the windows are installed, we should of had them installed 7 years ago. They are very well built windows,we can t hear the cars go up and down the street anymore. The best news of all, we are on the budget plan thru the electric company, and pay a set amount every month. For the first time in 7years the electric company sent the statement and we didn t have a bill, they owe us $120.00 dollars. I want to thank Nathan Mercer for his help and insight and for a great job he he done.

I had 4 replacement windows installed. On the day they were installed Jay Carrion arrived promptly at the designated time. He worked continuously until he was finished. He was courteous and considerate. When I told him my screens were incorrect he immediately set out to have it corrected. When he left my house was as clean as when he arrived. He is an employeee you can be proud to have.

Just had Tim Morningstar replace our Patio Door. He did a Wonderful job, was polite and is a great worker. If you need someone to come and work on your house for anything I would recommend asking for Tim M. Our family are very happy customers with his workmanship.

My dog busted through our sliding glass door on our screened in back porch, Nathan w Mercer came out and replaced it. He was a very nice and professional guy, and our new door is great better then it was before in fact, So thank you Nathan we really do like the new door you did great :)

I had my new windows installed about a month ago and cant beleive the difference. The house looks great and I no longer hear the noise from the highway. For the first time in my life i'm actually looking forward to winter so I can realize the 46% guaranteed fuel savings. Larry was a wonderful installer who worked neatly and dealing with Steve the manager was a pleasure. Thanks Appleby for a job well done. We had Appleby Windows installed recently and can't be happier! The company was great to deal with on every level, from our first visit with the Sales Rep to the crew that installed our windows. They kept us up to date on all stages of the project and I can't believe how clean, tidy and effecient the installers were. The windows are everythig they said they would be and we are already reaping the benefits, seeing savings on our utility bills, even with the weather being "in between" seasons right now. I am sure it will be substancial come Winter time. Like my husband always says...pay now...or pay later! We are glad we didn't buy the cheaper windows we looked at from another company. We paid a little more for these windows, but they are definitely worth it and we are very happy.

I did appreciate working with Appleby. They looked after the entire project and even now, a month and a half after the project was completed they still came to check if everything was done according to my requests. Their follow up is the best customer service I had in years. Thank you.

I had Appleby Windows installed in my home in October and am absolutely thrilled with them. They look absolutely beautiful and are so easy to keep clean. The gentlemen who installed them were extremely courteous and professional. They showed up on time, were extremely neat and cleaned up after themselves. The office people were also extremely courteous and professional, calling during and after the job to make sure everything was good and that I was happy. I will leave another review in October to see how much money I have saved on my energy costs, but I am so happy that I just wanted to make sure this company was recognized for the superb business that it is. This was a huge investment for me and it took a lot of time and other contractors coming to my house before I made a decision to go with Appleby and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. It's nice to know there is a reputable company out there that stands behind their product.

Great Job! Appleby just finished my Siding and I have to say they did a great job. We have been in our house over 20 years and In comparison to other contractors & companies we worked with in the past, these guys were tops! They showed up when they were supposed to, did what they said they were going to do and the exterior of home home looks incredible.They exceeded my expectations.

So I had Appleby windows installed in January and thought I would wait a few months before I took the time to post a review or even refer the company to my friends, family or neighbors, as I am an extremely cautious and conservative person. I also wanted to compare some of my utility bills. After 6 months, I have to say that this is one of the best investments we have made on our home. The windows not only look beautiful, but have saved us hundreds of dollars already on our utility bills. At the time, we decided to have only 8 windows replaced, which was half the windows in our home. Last evening, we signed a contract to have the rest of the windows done. I found Appleby to be a "stand up" company and the people very nice to deal with from the girl who answers the phone, to the Salesman and the men who installed them. After the windows in our home are done, our next project will be the Bathroom...we will definitely do business with Appleby again & again! Thank you guys & keep up the good work!

We had Appleby windows installed about 6 weeks ago...they are AMAZING and worth every penny! The first thing we noticed was the noise reduction, it was so quiet in our home. Then came our first electric bill. Our average bill was $300....this one was $122! I love my windows & sliding glass door! Since then, 3 of my Neighbors have purchased. Everything they say about these windows is true! I am thrilled and would highly recommend them!

We had windows installed and they were the first company to ever put drop cloths in our home. The workers were respectful and courteous and I don't think they ever took a break. We love our new windows! THEY ARE THE BEST!

We recently had all our windows replaced a couple of weeks ago and they are beautiful. Enough time hasn't passed yet that we've seen a difference in our gas and electric bill but I can say it is quieter than with our previous double pane windows. Our installation crew -- John, Jay, and Bob were very professional and hard working. We were amazed they finished the job in one day considering they replaced all the windows in our house. The supervisor John was so curteous and a pleasure to do business with.

Saving Money Every Month! I had a pleasant experience with Appleby all around. This is our second purchase, having our Bathroom done 2 years ago, we decided to call them when we were ready to have our windows replaced. As usual the service was superb but I am totally amazed at just how much our utility bills have gone down with the new windows. I didn't fully believe the claims they outlined for me at the time of purchase, but I have to say...now I am a believer! Another job well done!

Unbelievable how efficient & beautiful these windows are. We recommend them to everyone! In just the past month, 2 of my neighbors got Appleby Windows as well and are loving them just like us! Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner!

I had Nathan out at my house a week ago. He replaced some parts for my older Appleby windows he did an outstanding job. He was very professional and polite. I recommend Appleby to everyone.

I had Appleby Windows installed in my entire home (21 windows) about 18 months ago. I had other companies come to my home with estimates but I can tell you every penny I spent with Appleby was worth it. Not only are the window awesome, the service is incredible. I had a problem with a window on Saturday, called on Tuesday and Nathan Mercer was at my home on Thursday to fix it. I never got his first message so he waited an extra 20 minutes for me to get home from work and was in and out of my house within 15 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very pleasant. Thank you Nathan and Appleby for making my Thursday a great day!

When it was time to replace our windows i knew i wanted to get the best i could afford. Knowing we would be living in this house for a long time, it came to me that if i was going to have to spend the money i didn't want to have to spend it again later. It was the type of job i knew i only wanted to have to do it once. So we did our homework and chose Appleby Systems for a number of different reasons such as being a world class company and being local at the same time, the window is build in New Jersey (very important these days to buy US products) and of course the window in itself. Yes me and my wife sat thru the presentation and learn a lot about it. I recommend you do the same, the sale and installation went very smooth and we are very happy about our windows now, it has been a few months now and every time i go outside i know we made the right decision. We will definetely do more business with Appleby, my wife is already talking about the doors and bathroom...

We were very pleased with all aspects of Appleby Systems. From the owner to the general manager to the field installation personnel we dealt with the most competent and friendly people. The roof over our deck required a special design due to the overall size. It will last for many many years. definitely 5 stars!

When I got a call from Appleby to come out and give me an estimate I thought they would be in and out in 30 minutes like the other two contractors I spoke to. Not a chance. But the time spent was well worth it. What I learned was that all windows are not alike and don't perform the same.

The salesman John was very professional and curtious. He had on a suite and tie and that made me feel more comfortable about his presence in my home. It also made me feel more comfortable about forking over that kind of money. After some chit chat I explained what I wanted my new windows to do. I also let him know that I had two other estimates and they we're from reputable companies.

John told me about his company. I was a bit familiar. Where I live Appleby (Central PA) is a household name. He explained that Appleby manufactures it's own windows and even showed me pictures of the factory in New Jersey. That coupled with the fact that they did their own installations sounded reassuring.

When I saw the window I thought it was attractive and not much different than the other windows i'd seen. But thats when he started to show me the difference. Well, who knew there was that much to a window.

In short here's what I liked about Appleby and why I bought it.

• They're a household name and have been around since I was a kid.
• They make their own windows
• They install it themselves
• They guarantee it for 55 years (i'll be 99 when the warranty is up).
• They guaranteed me I'd save at least 46% on my heating & cooling bill and put it in writting (the other companies had no such guarantee).
• They actually let me "test drive" it by showing me how well it works and what I can expect before they put it in my house.
• They have an A+ rating with the BBB. I checked.
• They guaranteed me they would match any price on a comparable window.
• I trusted them

On installation day they arrived on time and as promised they put down cloths over my rugs and floors. The forman Larry was very polite and told us what was going to be happening. They worked neatly and did an amazing clean up. Once the job was done Larry brought us around the house to inspect each window as well as the cleanup. He said that was part of the procedure. He then called his office and had me speak to the Manager Mark Lennox. Mark was pleasant and when we were finished he asked me if it was ok to dismiss the crew. I told him it was.

The first thing I noticed is that my house looks great. I don't hear the noise from route 81 anymore. Thats huge right there for me.

I can't wait to see my heating bill go down.

I could not be happier. My wife and i look at several company's. Nobody had what Appleby offered. Worth every penny. We can't belive how much our engery bills have decreased.

Loving our new Windows! We just had our windows installed last month and I have to say, they are everything the company representative said they would be. With the drop in temperature over the past few weeks, our curtains would be blowing from the drafts and we would have had to put the heat on with our old windows and now, no drafts, no noise from the outdoors & they look fabulous. My anxiety level has already dropped, as normally this time each year I begin worrying about high electric & heating bills over the winter, but now I am relaxed & ready to take on Winter thanks to Appleby! Great product, stand up company, good people to work with, I am definitely returning to them next year for my Bathroom project.

I needed three windows but only could afford one put in by Appleby. I wish now I had done all three by them. They were professional, cleaned up totally (not a spec left behind), and the window worked correctly from Day 1. The Appleby window costs a bit more than the two I then purchased from Homeview, but the hassle I am having with Homeview getting them to close correctly (three times so far!) isn't worth the savings. Go with Appleby and get them done right the first time!
