What You’ll Do
Telemarketers persuade homeowners to make time for a sales representative to visit their home, show a working product sample and leave a no-cost, no-obligation estimate.
Specific Duties
- Learn all qualifications of a lead
- Set leads
- Start work on time according to work schedule
- Attend in-house training seminars
- Present a positive image for Appleby and a professional image for yourself
- Follow all written policies and guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Perform additional duties requested by the Call Center Supervisor
A successful Telemarketer will:
- A person in this position should successfully be able to create interest on the phone using a pre-written script and rebuttals to set leads.
- An average person in this position should expect to write a lead every 2.0 hours and maintain a demo rate of 75%
Qualifications
Able to read a script and to learn to use a keyboard for office computer system
