Contest is only open to Appleby Systems, Inc. previous customers. No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to receive a sales presentation. Need not be present to win. Only one entry allowed per household. Winner’s name will be drawn on January 31, 2020. Winner will be notified by telephone within 15 days of drawing date. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 3 days of sweepstakes notification or a new winner will be chosen. Acceptance of a prize will require a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law.
Winner may not transfer prize to any other person. Winning product must be installed at the address shown on the entry form. A maximum retail value of $7500.00 for any Appleby product will be awarded as prize. There is no cash value for this prize.
This promotion is only open to legal residents, 18 years and older of Delaware, Virginia. Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, West Virginia or New York, who own their own home and are previous customers of Appleby Systems.
