Because every Home Improvement project is specific and customized to your home and lifestyle, an on-site inspection and measurements are required. At Appleby Systems, we employ nearly Fifty (50) Design Consultants whose sole purpose is traveling to Customers homes and providing them with all the information they need to make their decision, including an exact price quotation…not an estimate! 2. HOW MUCH IS IT PER SQUARE FOOT?
There is no set price. Because every home is different and unique, every project we undertake is customized to your home and your individual needs. As with any Home Improvement project, the styles, options and materials you choose, determine the price. Your Design Consultant will assist you in choosing the perfect project…one that fits your home, your lifestyle and most importantly…your budget. We have a product for every price range.
3. DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Yes, our Warranty program is among the best in the construction industry. Our Window, Basements, Siding, Bathrooms, Sunrooms and Home Improvement products include a product and labor warranty as well as fully staffed Customer care & Service Departments available to assist you with your needs.
4. CAN YOU HANDLE THE COMPLETE PROJECT?
Yes, we employ many fine Craftsmen who are experts in their fields. We know there is nothing more frustrating than having to deal with numerous people, contractors and companies…all for one project. At Appleby Systems we do it all…we’ll complete your Home Project from A to Z and even secure all required Permits & Engineering Drawings. Our experienced Project Managers will handle your project from beginning to end, ensuring a professional, expert installation.
5. HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE TO BUILD OR INSTALL?
Most Window, Siding, Bathroom and Insulation projects can be completed in 1 to 3 days. Sunroom and Basement projects are usually completed in 1 to 2 weeks.
6. DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

7. DO YOU USE YOUR OWN INSTALLERS?
Yes, at Appleby we use our own employees. Unlike most other companies who use contractors who then in turn use subcontractors! All this can prove to be unreliable, with the homeowner not knowing exacting who to call in the event of a problem. All of our Installers are skilled and trained craftsmen, some of which have been with Appleby for more than 20 years!
